Privacy Notice

Together Now collects limited contact and inquiry information when a visitor selects “Start here,” completes our Google Form, or schedules an introductory conversation. This information may include the visitor’s name, email address, telephone number, ZIP code, whether assistance is being sought for the visitor or another person, a brief explanation of what prompted the inquiry, and appointment information.

We use this information to respond to inquiries, determine whether Together Now may be an appropriate resource, and arrange introductory conversations. Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar are used to collect, store, and manage inquiry and appointment information. Google’s own privacy practices also apply when visitors use these services.

Information may be accessed by authorized Together Now personnel who assist with responding to inquiries or scheduling appointments. Together Now does not sell or rent personal information.

Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, medication information, financial information, or other sensitive health or personal information through the inquiry or scheduling forms. These forms are not intended to collect such information.

Information submitted by prospective families who do not become clients—including associated appointment information—will generally be retained for up to six months and then deleted, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary to respond to an ongoing inquiry or is required by law. Information concerning individuals who become clients will be handled under Together Now’s client privacy and records practices.
